  • Traditional or Simplified Chinese
  • Agreed file format
  • Quality and consistency check
Recommended for websites

Translation + localisation

Adapt content for audience, market and channel rather than translating each phrase literally.

  • Headlines and calls to action
  • Cultural and terminology adaptation
  • Basic on-page layout review

Bilingual review

Review existing English–Chinese content for clarity, consistency and obvious language problems.

  • Terminology alignment
  • Readability suggestions
  • Tracked or clearly listed changes
Simple process

Confirm the audience before translating the words.

Share an outline

Tell us the language direction, intended readers, content type, approximate word count and deadline. Do not send sensitive source files at the enquiry stage.

Approve the scope

We confirm deliverables, exclusions, price, timing and whether Traditional or Simplified Chinese is required.

Translate and review

After written acceptance and payment, the content is translated, checked and delivered in the agreed format.

Important service boundaries

Check formal requirements before ordering.

Standard translation is not automatically a certified, sworn, notarised or legal translation. If a government body, court, university, bank or other recipient requires certification, ask that organisation for its exact rules and tell us before ordering. We will confirm in writing whether the requested requirement can be met.

Do you provide legal or immigration advice?

No. We translate or localise agreed content but do not interpret legal rights, recommend an immigration route, complete an application on your behalf or provide regulated legal or immigration advice.

Which Chinese should I choose?

Traditional Chinese is commonly used for audiences in Taiwan and Hong Kong, while Simplified Chinese is commonly used for mainland China and Singapore. We confirm the intended audience and preferred regional style before work begins.

Can I send confidential or personal documents?

First describe the document type without attaching unnecessary personal information. We will confirm the minimum material needed and the agreed handling method before files are supplied.

Can you translate an entire website or book?

Yes, subject to a file and scope review. Larger projects can be divided into agreed stages to control terminology, quality, timing and cost.

Tell us what you need translated.

Include the language direction, intended audience, approximate word count, file type and preferred deadline. We will reply with the next safe step.
